Bronze
- Recommended for gates to be used up to 20 cycles per day.
- Two visits per year (every 6 months).
Silver
- Recommended for gates used between 20 to 50 cycles per day.
- Three visits per year (every 4 months).
Gold
- Recommended for gates to be used 50+ cycles per day.
- Four visits per year (every 3 months).
Included in each service:
- Full System Check
- Force testing with using Microtronic Force System.
- Check alignment of the hinges.
- In depth check of gate frame for any wear or structural damages.
- Inspection of the gates Automation including speed (can be slowed down or speeded up on request)
- Full safety inspection to make sure all photocells are aligned, safety edges are fully operating, and the gate stop and returns on impact.
- Check for any oil leaks.
- Make sure all mechanical parts are fully lubricated.
- All hinges and pins are free moving.
- Check gate automation settings: speed, slow down upon opening and/or closing.
- Check manual release in case of power failure.
- Inspect all cables/electricity within and around the motor for wear and tear/damage.
- Check access keys and key fobs.
- Check intercom systems (if applicable) are working to the best of their ability.
* All travel and labour costs are included within the package price.
* Any parts required will be charged at an extra cost.
*Emergency call outs, outside of the maintenance contracts will be charged at a 20% discounted rate for all service contract customers (all packages included)

Safety Strip
Safety edges are designed to guard against any possible shearing or crushing points on electric gates and barriers.
They are to be used on sliding and swing gates where there is any movement and risk of crushing.
Safety edges are a rubber profile with a contact strip in the middle which triggers an automatic stop when the contact strip detects any contact.
